The Working Together Group were invited by Kew Gardens Learning and Engagement Team, to consult on new renovation plans for the iconic Palm House. Our members provided crucial insight on ensuring that the Palm House is accessible and inclusive for all visitors from 2031 – especially the learning disability community.
It was great to catch up with Hammersmith & Fulham Mencap who joined us on the day and also consulted with Kew Gardens on the revamp plans.
Another great example of how our Working Together Group partners with, and provides consultation, to local organisations, making sure that Richmond is a borough welcome to all.
